Very chunky and feels solid thanks to it's copper inner tube to stabilise temperatures, comes pre-calibrated, and comes with RO water for calibrating, as well as pipette, mini screwdriver, cleaning cloth and instructions.
Two minor points, you need a particularly bright light to see (brighter than other refractometers), and getting a sharp image is quite hard with the eye adjustments.”
