“My order was processed super quick and it arrived within a couple of days. The lifter itself is really light, not a thick gauge metal and I worry it won’t last long. The instructions are horrendous, it took me about 3 hours to put together which in hindsight should have took less than an hour. I bought this lifter as it looked like there is no need to screw into the hot tub. That’s not the case, there are a dozen screws that go into the tub. Had I known this before, I wouldn’t have bought it.”
