“Don't buy the (smelly) rubber mats! We originally purchased a rubber boot mat for our new Jaecoo 7 in July and whilst the fit was ok, the chemical smell of the rubber was unbearable. However, after originally leaving a poor review to state this, Amy Baker contacted me to inform me that she had arranged a replacement "odourless boot mat". I must admit, I was very impressed with this offer, but it begs the question, who would buy a smelly boot mat in the first place and why would this even be available to purchase?. Increased review to 5* for customer service, 4* for the product as still cant shift the smell of the first mat, even after 2 weeks!”
