“The mats are very good and this is the third order we have made. Why then only 3 stars? A few days after ordering we received an E-Mail saying the mats had progressed to the manufacture stage. After watching the production video, it is obvious that the whole stage only takes minutes. We heard nothing for a whole week, WHY ?? A good product totally let down by a lack of communication. Guys, keep your customers informed of progress and speed up the delivery PLEASE.”

Hi Colin Thank you for your order and for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the speed of arrival for your car mats. The purchased products are made to order as you've noted, the video you've watched shows a sped up version of the manufacturing process in 30 seconds. If your car mats were required more promptly we do offer a next day delivery service which includes prioritised manufacturing.
