“I ordered a full set of mats for my Focus mk4 MHEV Auto ST Line X. Unfortunately I missed the option to change the trim colour to red. After checking I realised my mistakem. I contacted CarMats. Who quickly responded. They corrected my mistake straight away. Fantastic. I received an email to say they would be delivered early new year. In fack they arrived on boxing day. Amazing service. As promised they had the red trim. Perfect fit. My only niggle is the price. A little dear for what they are, but the service was second to none.”
