“This was my very first purchase from Canvas On The Cheap, and it will also be my Last purchase from them. The picture was absolutely HORRIBLE! The WORST Canvas picture I've ever paid for! The quality of the picture is so poor that you can't even see our faces. They are completely blurry. The picture that I submitted was clear. I'm not sure what happened during the process of making it a Canvas photo. I was so shocked and disappointed when I opened the box. My daughter-in-law was with me and we both gasped at how horrible it was. I can't even hang this on my wall, it is that horrible! I just wasted about $30 on a picture that I'm so ashamed of, it will be going to the dump I'm sure! Very disappointed customer! Never again will I purchase from Canvas On The Cheap.”

“Absolutely terrible quality! I ordered a 20x16 canvas of our family for our son’s wedding. I ordered landscape, they printed it portrait. The color is horrible, our skin tone is the same as the wood in the background. I was told I needed to send a picture for their “art team” to decide if it was indeed horrible or not. If they decided I could have it reprinted, I had to pay an additional $25 for them to use the correct colors! What?!?! Or if I wanted a refund it would only be for 80% of the purchase price. For something THEY messed up. What a waste! Do NOT buy anything from them!”
