“This was a reprint of a previous order in which the color was off and the resolution was unsatisfactory for the file I’d uploaded. When I brought the errors to your attention, you agreed to do a reprint and correct the former mistakes. I was also charged an addl $11.00 for shipping, after your company did what I consider to be an inferior job the first time. Since it was my late grandfather, I paid the shipping, AGAIN, and received the reprint approximately a week later. It was identical to the first print, in every respect. Incorrect reddish tint and low resolution. I’m done. I’m out of pocket almost $60 for both attempts and neither is remotely close to the file I uploaded. Perhaps your equipment doesn’t have the technology to print the quality I’m looking for and I’m just going to chalk it up to experience.”
