“Photo was cropped too short. Ruined the picture. Had to call customer service and get anew picture processed, with a vertical focus that allowed the 1000 pts to be displayed! Will wait and see how it turned out when it is delivered.”

“Picture was great but somehow we received and paid delivery for 2 prints. When placing our order the site locked up. We went back and repeated our steps and placed our order. We gave the second print away. Must have goofed.”

“I paid for two shipping on 2 canvas portraits and only received one 11x14, the 16x20 didn’t arrive as promised and was approximately 4 days behind schedule. I needed this for a funeral service and it missed the date that we needed it by. I was terribly disappointed. I’m requesting a refund on the 2 day shipping vs the standard shipping at a minimum. In the past I’ve been very pleased using Canvas until this point.”
