“I sent a photo that had a sunset with a bit of an orange from the sky. The canvas they shipped to me was a terrible orange much deeper and extreme. I tried corresponding with their customer service that admitted they made a mistake, offered to remake the canvas - but at a shipping cost of $10 to me. Why??? I paid $15 to ship the original canvas they sent that was bad quality.”
