“One black and white print turned out good. The second print, you guys changed the original color of the print to be purple and pink so it looks pretty ridiculous. Now you want to charge me more money to have the quality of the print like the original. This proving that you guys originally kind of messed up on the original coloring of the Incline print. Also, now with your correction, you’ve added it more print at the bottom of the photo for some reason. I would just like to have the print done correctly, so all parties would be happy without you charging me even more money- so I can purchase other prints with you guys in the future. Currently you ate not providing much confidence.”
