“This photo was ordered as shown but came as a portrait layout rather than landscape. I sent pics showing the problem and they sent another print but it also was in portrait layout. I again sent photos showing the problem but was then told they could not reprint the 3rd time. I absolutely could not get them to understand that although the invoice showed correct landscape mode as ordered but the two prints I received were in an upright portrait layout.”
