Wood arrived bang on time and delivery driver observed social distancing and put pallet where I asked no problem. I have not burnt any wood yet, but I have unpacked it, modified the pallet to hold the wood at teh side of teh house and re-stacked it. Whilst doing this, all wood is dry and no rotten bits at all. My neighbour asked how much I paid for the wood as he thought it was £250 worth - When I told him £175 he was impressed and is trying to convince his wife that they should buy one. I certanly will again when this lot runs out

Ordered a sample box to try but also because we’d yet to clear space for more. Loved them and have since ordered the birch crate. Whilst waiting for them to come we had pinched a few logs from my parents who buy seasoned logs. We hadn’t managed to get them to “flame” at all. Put one on tonight and just smoked and smouldered, added one of the kiln dried birch logs and the fire was roaring. On average we use 3 logs a night so they burn very efficiently and produce amazing heat. The glass had sooted up from the other logs but is crystal clear after burning just 1 of the kiln dried ones.
