The GTA 26 cordless garden pruner is the ideal tool for tasks around the garden, such as pruning branches & hedges, maintaining small trees, cutting up garden waste and even small DIY jobs!Comfortable and simple to use, it has non-slip rubberised handles which makes the GTA 26 easy to control. It also features a hinged protective hood which moves as you cut and a charge level indicator which lets you keep track of the battery life. Thanks to the sprocket cover and wing nut, it’s easy to change the saw chain without the need for tools, too!The pruner is fitted with a ¼” PM3 saw chain and a 10 cm Light guide bar, which provides a clean cut and impressive cutting performance.Working time with the recommended AS 2 battery is up to 25 minutes / or 80 cuts in 4cm branches.Included in the set: 1 x AS 2 Lithium-Ion, 28 Wh, 10.8 V 1 x AL 1 standard charger 1 x 10 cm Light guide bar 1 x 10 cm 1/4" PM3 saw chain 1 x Multioil Bio, 50 ml

Excellent tool. Easy to set up and it handles and cuts really well without too much vibration. Would have given 5 stars if it had an auto oiler and the chain appears to catch on the chain guard which may not last too long.

This is an excellent tool, light and easy to use. The only improvement I could suggest would be to make the chain self oiling, but that would require the inclusion of an oil reservoir, which would make the tool heavier and less compact, so I can see why Stihl have chosen not to do this. It really is a great tool, but for ease of use, it's worth paying the extra for a holster in my opinion.

It works fine but it doesn’t seem to last very long before I have to charge it again.
