“The Stihl assembly instructions weren't very good at all so I rang their helpline and the lady told me to contact their service agent. I phoned them and the helpful chappie asked me to take it in. We managed to fathom out that the small clip in the poly bag needed inserting! So, Stihl customer services 0/10. Eagle Plant 10/10. Your delivery was good, thank you”
