“I purchased two times and I'm very happy with the retractable banners._x000D_ Had to call customer service because I messed up with contact info. When I called they were busy so I opted to get a call back. I received the call back within 5 minutes.”

“Received my retractable banner and it unfortunately had one of the grommets missing so I called customer service and they immediately reprinted and reshipped a new retractable banner out after I sent pictures of the original one missing the grommet. Customer Service agent Ashley W. was very polite and took care of my issue immediately. I will be sure to recommend this company to my friends.”
