“They caught a low quality image issue that I had submitted and contacted me about sending in a higher quality one. They edited the design for me. I hadn't heard back after resubmitting a better image so after several days I contacted them and quickly got a response and my order was completed. It looks great!”

“The retractable banner I ordered looked exactly like I had wanted it to. BuildASign even added additional grommets to make the hanging of the sign more secure. In addition, the sign arrived DAYS before I had expected it. I definitely would order from these folks again!”

“Item ordered 10/30 was to be delivered likely by 11/11. 11?13 sent an inquiry/complaint to BuildASign: have heard nothing at all from them. For some reason, despite relatively light weight, they did NOT use UPS to deliver.... Tracking by buyer isn't possible. Badly designed delivery process and customer service process.”
