“Honestly, I used to love ordering signs from your site. The way you can customize each sign is amazing. Then TAX became an issue!!!! I work for a tax exempt school system, when we download receipts with tax added to them it raises a red flag. I was asked for a tax cert. so I sent that in to Build a Sign, go on line make a sign, go to check out and the tax is still on the order before checkout. I call and speak to a rep who tells me she is working from home and cannot take credit cards over the phone that I should place the order with the tax then call later to get a tax refund. All I wanted to do was order three pre-made fire lane signs, after being put on hold I hung up the phone and clicked the Amazon icon on my desktop and ordered the signs in less than 5 minutes. Please look at my order history to see how much my school district ordered from Build a Sign throughout the years. Please work on your website, once we send in our tax cert. my online account should be tax exempt automatically, Amazon and a host of other sites do it all the time. We would love to continue our business with Build a Sign but until you can rectify this tax situation we cannot. Sincerely, David Paul”
