“I was very disappointed with the quality of the custom parking sign. The design is noticeably off-center, which is not what I would expect from a standard street or parking sign. Because of this issue, we will need to drill additional holes just to install it properly, which affects both the appearance and overall professionalism of the final result. This is especially concerning since the sign is intended for public display. While I understand this was not a high-cost item, the quality still fell short of expectations. I would appreciate consideration for a replacement or some form of credit/refund to address the issue.”
