“They did not flip the arrow like it states in the FAQ. You do not get the option to “flip” when designing. The arrow is in opposite directions and cannot be used. The design studio they used is terrible on your iPhone. Not sure how it is on a desktop but can 100% use improvements To verify this, they asked for an email with pictures to essentially see if it’s my fault or theirs. Waiting to see how this is going to be fixed.”
