“The printing is a nice job. I have used them often and always like their work. CAUTION: On this print however, when I recieved the sign, there were three black lines going through the middle of the print. I went back to my design on their website and could not see them anywhere, even when I enlarged the picture, but they are nice bold lines, the same size as other lines that i could see going through the middle of the print I recieved. (making it a useless). I called custumer service to help me figure it out, and they messed with it a while and eventually figured out that they were lines that I must have added in the design process, but where not visible unlessl you zoomed all the way into the picture. Once we zoomed in- there they were, and were easy to deleat. Lesson Learned- dont trust the picture on their desirgn page, some items may not show up -It would be a good idea to zoom all the way in to see if there are any hidden problems before you print. Still - I recommend these guys, their quality is good and their turn around times are wonderful.”
