“I made 2 orders, 1st order 9x12 double sided and 2 days later 2nd order 18x24 double side. First order the arrow pointed opposite directions, I called customer support, they told me to take a photo in a mirror so they could see both sides. I told them since I ordered a 2nd order, I told them to cancel the 1st order and credit my credit card. A day later I received a email to take photos of all the signs and then they could credit my card. I explain that they asked me to take 1 photo of the sign and I thrown out the signs because they did not want them back. They later sent another email they would give me credit on my card. I called back on 07/20 to check on my other order. They told me that order was canceled. I explained I only canceled the 9x12 signs not the 18x 24 signs. I asked because this was not my fault and I have been a good customer, could you reorder the 18x24 order and maybe give me some type of discount because of your company mistakes. They said they could not do anything. So I told them I will not use them ever again and let anyone looking for a sign company I would let them know how I was treated.”
