“I placed an order for a sign that needed additions from customer service, after calling customer service and explaining my need for grommets in the corners. Customer service put me on hold for them to reach out to check on the procedure of adding them. After receiving my order, I found they had neglected to add the grommets. So I call back to customer service, (back on hold again) They told me that they do not normally put grommets in these signs. I explained that I have had this option added on numerous signs in the past. Now I am waiting for the replacement signs.......”

“Received exactly what I ordered on time. I would change one thing if I could. I had to go with coregated plastic for the two sign toppers I recently ordered. The next step up was a lot more expensive. I would have liked a middle of the road option. Build a sign does a great job. I use them for a ton of different things. The company I previously used for sign toppers "an all in one Real Estate website and marketing tool recently closed their print shop. This is why I know there is a different hard plastic media out there that is a little more sturdy than coregated plastic and not as expensive as aluminum."”
