“Image a bit blurred. No ease of navigating and designing it myself. Billed 2x for same item and numerous emails that pertain to resolution and even more trying to sell.me things not needed.”

“This is the second time we have issue with delivery. Order 600296935 this week, the sign is dented at the top and the cardboard packaging has 2 big black footprint on top of it - one right in the middle of the package and one at the top (where the sign was dented). This is totally unacceptable. It was snot handled with care - I still have a box in my office if UPS would like to take a look. I believe I should get a full refund for this item and you should get a refund for shipment/handling”
