“I received my prints quickly, but the quality is very poor. I provided hi res images at 300dpi, full scaled dimension. The images are blurry with ghosting. Vectored text and hi res images, all blurry. I paid for premium coated to provide protection, but one of the prints was scratched while being shipped. After reaching out last week. I still haven’t heard if they will be reprinted and sent to me. I have a feeling it had to do with uploading the files to the site. This can lead to large file compression and loss of quality. I would like to send my file directly to someone to avoid that chance. I did not pay $40 a sign for blurry imagery. Please help me fix this in a timely manner. Thank you.”
