“I ordered 2- 6"X 30" green signs with lettering on 1 line. I got 2- 8" X 30" white signs with small letering on 2 lines. I have never seen an order so screwed up. I ordered from a different source.”

“The custom sign I received is made from extremely poor-quality material and likely won’t hold up for even a year outdoors. I’ll admit—it’s possible I missed some fine print—but I was careful when customizing my order and fully expected to receive something more durable. Honestly, I wouldn’t even call what I got a “sign.” It looks more like a piece of waterproofed cardboard, not the kind of product I’d expect from a company that specializes in signs. Even for the most basic option, I would’ve expected at least a solid plastic backing, not something that feels like dressed-up cardboard. It’s disappointing that your company would sell something this flimsy and still market it as a sign. What’s even more confusing is that the two pre-designed “No Trespassing” signs I also ordered are fantastic—easily some of the best I’ve seen. The quality gap between those and my custom sign is shocking. On one end, you’ve delivered a truly outstanding sign. And on the other, my custom piece or sign is barely passable—I honestly don’t think it qualifies as a sign at all. It feels more like waterproof cardboard with some text printed on it.”
