“Keeping the design inside of Build A Sign's "Safe Zone" left me with 100 yard signs that are too small for potential customers to read from their cars even if they're right beside the sign. It was impossible to tell how close to useless these signs would be from the online proof that was emailed to me for approval. I've received several emails from someone at Build A Sign wanting to know if he can work with me as my account manager and interest me in other products or additional yard signs. If he had intervened with professional advice to keep me from wasting $300 on this order, the company would have my business for everything. As it stands, I think the order I have to place now to get signs that people can read will go to one of Build A Sign's competitors.”
