“Ordered for an event. The estimated delivery date was 5 days prior to the event. I had 3 conversations with customer service with the hopes of guaranteeing a delivery in time, I was assured each time that the item was in transit despite the tracking not saying so. I’m typing this review 2 days post event. Thankful for a local printer who was able to rush produce a banner to replace, even through it was more than double the price.”
