“The banner quality was great, but the process of getting it to me was an absolute nightmare. Initially, I had to send in a higher quality logo since the one I sent wasn't high enough resolution to work, which was fine and my fault. I got the corrected file back to you guys within 24 hours, but didn't hear from anyone for a week until I followed up. Then, customer service said they couldn't guarantee that they could get me the banner in time for my event. After I pushed back, they were able to expedite the shipping for the order. Unfortunately, the banner that arrived was for a different company. I was devastated because I couldn't reach out to you due to the holiday on Monday. The event started on Wednesday, so it didn't leave a lot of time for you to get it to me on time. On Tuesday, I spoke with customer service and they had me send an email with a picture to prove that I got the wrong one, as well as the new address that I'd need it shipped to since I would have already left for the event. They were able to reprint and get the banner shipped out in time, but they failed to update the address. I had to pay another $150 to overnight the package to me at the event. I understand that sometimes things happen, but this was mistake after mistake that ended up costing me more money and left me without a banner for two days during the event.”
