“Artwork is fine, but when the banner was locked into the little nut at the top of the holder in back, it was unbalanced and the weight caused it to tip backwards.”

“The sign will suffice for the time being. Unfortunately, the vinyl sign was not mounted straight to either the end stop or the blank strip connected to the spring roller. Also, the actual printed sign was off-center, unlike the proof I approved. For what I paid, I will live with it for now. When I need to update the sign, I will probably research other providers.”
