“Very happy with the service I received. We had ordered a large retractable banner previously but wanted a desktop one too. We were on a time crunch, and a Build-A-Sign representative worked with me to ensure it was an exact copy of the original artwork, line for line and double-checked that our QR Code worked before sending it to the printer. “Great little retractable, perfect for the need. Arrived quickly, and looks great. Just two suggestions for improvement. Maybe offer (as an accessory) a bag to keep it in? And there is no place to securely store the "rods" that hold up the banner, which would be handy as well.”
