“The review process was a bit confusing and the differences between Tandy material and premium material is not very well explained. I had to have two flags reprinted and one of them didn’t show up in time for my event. My part in this was that I expected the same print quality on two different materials. I will order more flags but will go with the premium materials. Customer service took care of the issue but I only had one flag. I will also order way in advance next time to have error correction time.”

“Email said will arrive by Friday, was going out of town Friday evening, did not arrive til Saturday, so did not have it for the event it was ordered for. Also see through.”
