“The signs are made well, but I have no way to put them up because there’s no holes in them to attach a pole to the back of each one! I’m gonna have to figure out a Plan B to get them installed”

“Your signs are top quality. But I had to alter my original order and was told it would be easier to delete two signs and reorder. I did that and received a refund for the signs you couldn’t provide. Then I placed a new order for those missing signs. I got confirmation that my order was coming. And I waited. The first batch came on the date promised. That was two weeks ago. When I contacted your customer service people and tried to figure out what was going on I had placed four orders and they were all refunded. I didn’t ask for refunds. Someone in your sales department decided to refund my money instead of sending me the signs. I’m two weeks behind my schedule and I promise I will never do business with your company again. The customer service people are pleasant to talk to , but apparently , incompetent.”
