“Technically, the sign was perfect, however there was a fairly large dent on the side which I am sure was created during shipping. They need to use a little more packing protection. It came shrink wrapped in a very large flat envelope.”

“The website mock-up tool was a nice feature. However the product I received was not impressive. The round corners cut into the design, which was well within the “safe zone” of the mock-up tool. The colors were also not accurate and the print quality was low. The printed design was not solid. The best way I can explain it is the design looked like a half-tone made up of very small dots instead of full solid color.”
