“I submitted an order on April 24 but it was placed on hold.. so I called to see why and the gentleman told me me due to resolution.. with him on the phone I resubmitted the original image for better clarity.. I received my order a few days later but received prints from the original order..so therefore no one looked to use the correct image I submitted..a ticket was opened because the first image submitted had a line on the right side and top I submitted a photo of what I received which in turn a ticket was opened and final ratification was to print new magnets..as of today May 11th I still have not received my order which is impacting my business.. I will never ever use your horrible service again and I will submit this to the FCC. The proper thing to do was expedite my damn order to receive it over night but I don’t have my order..I would like a full refund as I am not satisfied with your services..”

“The thinner magnetic signs seem to "magnet" better than the heavier mag signs. Print quality is top-notch; looks like there is a coating over the printing which is tough and scratch/rub proof. If any of these signs blow off or get borrowed by the neighbor kids I'd order a replacement immediately.”
