“I had a very disappointing experience with BuildASign. The magnets we received were extremely wrinkled right out of the box, making them unusable on a vehicle. We’ve had to spend time trying to flatten them out, which defeats the purpose of ordering a ready-to-use product. On top of the product issues, my interaction with the art department was equally frustrating. Communication was difficult, and the representative I spoke with came across as short-tempered and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful, the conversation felt rushed and dismissive, which made an already frustrating situation worse. Because of these combined issues, I ended up canceling a larger order I had planned. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, and I hope improvements are made in both product quality and customer service.”

“Superior quality… Nice thick magnet that will not blow off if you’re doing 70 or 80 miles an hour in traffic… absolutely love mine, was having trouble getting it to fit in the box on the website… I made a phone call and they had it done in less than five minutes… Will definitely be purchasing more from them.”
