“This was the second time for you to get it right and redeem yourselves. First one had my father's face stretched. After talking with two different people and verifiying the corrected version was supposed to be horizontal and not stretched, I got a vertical magnet. I mentioned it twice when I was sent the magnet vertical. I specifically asked, will it be horizontal even though the proof is showing veritcal? The answer was: "Yes." That was NOT the case!! Unbelieveable!!”

“I used to order from magnets on the cheap but their service is horrible and I have now started using Build A Sign and my experience has been amazing. It's very easy to design my signs and they ship accurately and quickly. Also, I wouldn't recommend ordering from Amazon either. Use Build A Sign if you need real estate car magnets.”

“My order had to be redone and I still didn't get what I wanted. The first one had my father's face stretched too much on a horizontal car magnet. It looked odd. Not like the proof that was sent. I complained. They tried to charge me again for a redo. Then they sent me a vertical magnet after I repeatedly requested horizontal. You can actually listen to my call. Spoke to 3 or 4 people requesting horizontal but I got vertical. I'm not completely satisfied. Customer service was hard to communicate with. I used this company about five years ago and got EXCELLENT service and products. This time was not the same experience. Very disappointed”
