“The first signs you sent me were centered only using half the space on the magnet and had to be resized, and once I was more specific that all of the letters and numbers need to be a minimum of 2", the top 2 of the four lines were still UNDER 2" which makes them illegal to put on my work van. I attached a photo, and as much as it's very close, I will be ticketed during my DOT audit. I'm $75 into signs from your company that I can't use.”

“We received our magnets and they were very blurry and choppy ! I called customer service and they requested pictures which I sent back and I’m still just waiting on a solution.”

“I am sorry to say but the logo was distorted and misshapen looking. I have attached photos of magnets received along with the logo submitted. We were expecting the logo to remain undisturbed with additional white space on either side. I chatted with customer care via the IM portal on your website to request either a refund or new magnets. Awaiting their reply.”
