“I was disappointed that the lettering wasn't larger and that there was so much white space. Customizable lettering, such that they were the same width, but taller, would have been a nice option. I was also disappointed that there was a charge for standard shipping.”

“The picture I sent didn't have a border around it by adding that it made the pictures smaller, still ok but it it's different from what I wanted.”
