“This order was to replace a damaged shipment. The replacement arrived in good condition, but only by pure luck. Again, the Item was packaged the same way as the first item, with nothing to stop bending. Not even a do not bend sticker on the outside. I'm lucky to have received it unbent like the first one was. With all that said, the product itself has excellent craftsmanship, and you can't beat the customer service with this company. They replaced the first product no questions asked. The customer service rep was a nice guy and apologized many times for the damage. I will continue to buy from this company based on their craftsmanship and customer service, along with their pricing, hoping they package items better in the future.”
