“Great, but the package didn't come with a DO NOT BEND warning sticker on it, and the USPS bent it and I'm afraid to try to straighten it for fear of breaking it. It wasn't even packed with any padding to prevent bending your product by careless delivery people.”

“I contacted customer service about an old order for license plates that someone from my nonprofit had ordered 6 years ago. The kind person I spoke with was able to find the order as well as the image that was still on file for our organization. She emailed this to me and I was able to turn this into a new order and create an new account. The pricing is still nearly the same as 6 years ago and the quality of the product is great!”
