“This product turned out very poorly. The proof looked right, but the physical plates looked so bad when they arrived. I'll attach photos. The AMY plates were purchased from BuildASign, they shrunk the image and placed it differently than the proof. Parts came out blurry and unreadable. The JACKI plate was from our normal printer, Zazzle. They were sold out for this order so I tried BuildASign. Very unfortunate result. Tried contacting support during my working hours, but they just marked the chat 'resolved' without responding properly both times. Figured I'd at least receive an email back or something, but no luck.”
