“The item description was not clear enough and I ordered an 8 foot banner but I received a 6 foot banner because the representative said the 2 feet included the stand. They only give partial refund because they said it was a customized order. I did not consider my order as customize because I ordered a template with no additional personalization. I learned a pricey lesson. I did not have this problem when I ordered from another vendor.”
