“My Flag Banner was Very Expensive, and After I Ordered the Flag, then they send me a 30% Discount! It felt Iike a Slap in the Face! The Hardware is SUPER Expensive, and it was Not Even Complete, one of the Stainless Steel (S.S.) pieces was missing! The S.S. piece on the Second Hardware part (from the Bottom-up)!”

“I have been buying the same quality flag from you for over 5 years. Everything was great until this last time. The grommets were on the wrong side. The emblem was too big and extended off the flag. The red stripe was pink, not red. Overall quality was terrible.”

“Disappointed to say the least. Process was so slow, product was sent out almost a week after ordering. I did reach out with my concern although I never heard back. Sad. $41 for a small piece of fabric that can t be sent out in a timely manner.”
