“The banner is really great and everything I wanted. I gave you 4 stars because, I should have gotten a phone call instead of an email to contact you regarding the vibration letters on the banner designating important words. I am sure you wanted to let me know those letters would look blurry but I did not get your email timely and the banner shipped. Other than not getting your email timely and in my opinion a phone call because I did not respond to your email is the reason I give 4 stars instead of 5. I love the banner blurry letter and all. I would recommend using this company. The problem was my example for the banner.”
