“We received an email stating that an error occured and that one of the banners could not be printed and that a refund was being issued, the refund was $121.01, however the paid price was $207.37 per the reciept. When calling in to discuss your rep was not very helpful and stated that the refund team was looking into it. We will wait 5 business days for a reponse until contacting Visa for a charge back.”
