“The graphics of the banner were not laid out like the proof showed. The graphics are tight to the edge of the banner whereas the proof showed white spacing around the edges. It works as it is, but it’s not great and I probably would look elsewhere next time I need a banner. I have ordered multiple signs from this site and have had great results. Not so much the banner. The end result was not represented well on the site.”

“I have ordered 4 signs this year, only one came to me with no headaches. It seems like the quality has dropped out of your system. In this most recent case, I designed and ordered the sign using the web based design tool. After a few days seeing no updates, I contacted the company by phone. Though I had not received a refund, I was told that although I designed the sign on the website using templates, not my own graphics, the sign design was lost or corrupted. The team then refunded this amount and a helpful support person redid the sign for me because I could not find the template anymore I originally used (neither could she). I hate to say it, but I have no confidence in your company anymore and will have to look elsewhere though I've really benefited from you service through the years.”
