“Really slow communication. Job was delayed over a week because of confusion over replacement of one image for another. I emailed and then uploaded and then no one seemed to know where the image was - and ultimately it was presented to me in distorted format (even though i'd specified portrait orientation). I also did not receive enough plastic corners for my banners - ordered two without grommets (but with plastic attachments) and only received one set so that one banner cannot be hung yet. Overall I wasn't very happy with the experience because these seemed like pretty trivial things to get right. Can you please send me another set of plastic corners?”
