“The banner is everything we were hoping for, looks great, etc... however, I'm taking off one star because it is marketed as a 36" x 96" banner, but it is actually 1" smaller than that. In our application that didn't cause a problem, but there are times when I need banner exactly what is ordered, so if they are not going to be a full 36x96 (or whatever the specified dims) that should be notes somewhere in the ordering process. (if it was, it needs to be more prominent) I really like the less glossy finish on these compared to other companies, nice for indoor use. (I'm sure they would be fine outside, but when you are shining lights on them, it is nice that they don't create a glare).”

“Quality of the banner was exceptional however, the color was not very good. Colors sent in were darker, and the finished product was lighter. When we hung the sign it was hard to read because of the color difference. Customer service was exceptional and ready and eager to help you.”
