“Company failed on saving my banner so it was lost after spending so much time designing it with a picture, email links to return to my "saved banner" didnt work, & time it took to return my contact was days using the "chat now" button. . Eventually i called, got a patient kind rep Gary who helped me, over the phone, to make a banner but was without the picture. It came out good. It needs more than 6 grommets on a 10 ft banner tho.”

“The Back Drop is just to die for! We need it for our stage play. We use very few props for all of our plays, just a back drop and chairs. So, that piece of equipment is so important to our production. It is easy to set up. The retractable banner was an issue at first. We could not get it to open even though we bought the premium stand. We called customer service and she stayed on the line until we could get it open. She also offered to replace it. Yet, we are on a deadline and couldn't do that. So, we finally got it open and it is also a great piece of work. We pray to continue a great business relationship in the future and we are so grateful to BuildASign.com”
