“I was disappointed when the banner arrived that it was about 2” shorter than the 24” height I ordered. Our logo also got skewed and ended up looking warped. Perhaps that is the fabric instead of vinyl? Unfortunately we were too close to the event to try to reorder so we had to cut our design down by 2” and use it anyway. Order process was smooth and shipping was timely though.”
